Composition and form of issue:

1 bottle with 100 ml of 1% aqueous solution for external use contains iodine 0, 1 g, potassium iodide 0, 3 g, polyvinyl alcohol 0, 9 g in bottles of 100 ml.

Characteristic:

The product of iodine addition to polyvinyl alcohol. Transparent liquid of dark blue color, characteristic smell.

Indications:

Chronic tonsillitis, purulent otitis media, purulent surgical diseases, trophic and varicose ulcers, thermal and chemical burns.

Side effect:

Iodism (with long-term use).

Dosage and administration:

Locally. In chronic tonsillitis washed (50 ml) lacunas of the tonsils and supratonsillar space, 4-5 washes with a gap of 2-3 days purulent otitis daily for 2-4 weeks buried in the ear 5-8 drops in atrophic rhinitis after pre-softening and removal of crusts ingaliruut in the nasal cavity and pharynx 2-3 times a week for 2-3 months when trophic and varicose ulcers, purulent wound surfaces and infected burns, purulent fistulas imposed a loose gauze bandage impregnated with the drug.
