1 tablet contains:

glucosamine hydrochloride 1500 mg

Excipients:

calcium hydrogen phosphate 62 mg, hypromellose (K200M) 40 mg povidone K90 40 mg, cellulose microcrystalline 83 mg, hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) (K100M) 80 mg; silicon dioxide colloidal 5 mg, stearic acid 40 mg.

The composition of the shell:

hypromellose E-5 20 mg, macrogol-6000 6 mg Opadry white (titanium dioxide, macrogol, hypromellose) 11 mg.

Pharmacological action

A means of influencing the metabolism in the cartilage tissue. Makes up for the natural deficiency of glucosamine stimulates the synthesis of proteoglycans and hyaluronic acid of synovial fluid; increases the permeability of the joint capsule and restores enzymatic processes in cells of the synovial membrane and articular cartilage. Contributes to the fixation of sulfur in the synthesis process chondroitinase acid, facilitates the normal deposition of calcium in the bone tissue, inhibits the development of degenerative processes in the joints, restores function and reduces pain.

Pharmacokinetics

The bioavailability of glucosamine after oral administration is 25% due to the effect of "first passage" through the liver). The highest concentration of glucosamine found in the liver, kidneys and articular cartilage. Write mainly with urine in an unmodified form; partially with faeces. T1/2 of 68 h.

The dosage regimen

Side effects

Contraindications
