The composition and form of issue:

Pharmacological action:

Pharmacokinetics:

Indications:

Contraindications:

Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Contraindicated in pregnancy. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.

Side effect:

From the nervous system and sensory organs: dizziness, headache, weakness, fatigue, decreased libido.

From the cardiovascular system and blood (hematopoiesis, hemostasis): hypotension, collapse, neutropenia, hyperkalemia.

Drug interaction:

Do effect etc. gipotenziveh funds, barbiturates. NSAIDs attenuate the antihypertensive effect of potassium-sparing diuretics, potassium supplements increase risk of hyperkalemia. Slows down the excretion of lithium, increases the toxicity of cardiac glycosides. Hydrochlorothiazide weakens the action of antidiabetic agents, renipril-enhances.

Method of application and doses:

Inside, regardless of the meal, with hypertension: initial dose 1-2 table. once, then-2 table./ day. With congestive heart failure: 1-2 table./ day.
