Magnesium is needed for cardiovascular system, it is required for cardiac activity and to relax the walls of blood vessels, reduced blood pressure. 60% of magnesium in the body are in the bones, about 27% in muscle, and the rest is distributed in blood and tissues.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) participates in the synthesis of nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) that contain genetic information for reproduction of cells and normal cellular growth. It activates many enzymes and helps the formation of red blood cells and antibodies, helps maintain sodium-potassium balance in the body.
