Pharmacological action:

The main active ingredient of the drug is prutnyak ordinary. The dopaminergic effects of the drug, causing a decrease in prolactin production, eliminate hyperprolactinemia. Increased concentration of prolactin secretion violates gonadotropins, resulting in can be a disruption of follicular maturation, ovulation and formation of yellow body, which further leads to the imbalance between estradiol and progesterone and may cause menstrual irregularities and mastodynia. Unlike estrogen and other hormones, prolactin also has a direct stimulating effect on proliferative processes in the mammary glands, reinforcing connective tissue formation causing enlargement of the milk ducts.
