Method of application and dose:

Inside, at the same time with a meal or immediately after a meal, the tablets can be divided in half, but do not chew or to drink liquids.

Arterial hypertension — the initial daily dose is 50-100 mg 1-2 doses (morning and evening). With insufficient therapeutic effect daily dose may be gradually increased to 100-200 mg and/or further assigned to other antihypertensive agents. Maximum daily dose of 200 mg.

Secondary prevention of myocardial infarction — 200 mg/day in 2 admission (morning and evening).

Angina, arrhythmia, prophylaxis of migraine attacks — 100-200 mg/day in 2 admission (morning and evening).

Functional cardiac abnormalities, accompanied by palpitations, 100 mg/day in 2 admission (morning and evening).

Hyperthyroidism is 150-200 mg/day in 3-4 reception.

In elderly patients when impaired renal function (Cl creatinine <40 ml/min), and, if necessary, hemodialysis, the dose is not changed.

When expressed violations of the liver drug dose should be reduced depending on the clinical condition.
