The composition and form of issue:

Tablets, film-coated. 1 tablet contains:

fungal diastase 20 mg

papain 30 mg

simethicone 50 mg

activated charcoal 75 mg

nicotinamide 25 mg

the strip 10 PCs. in cardboard pack 10 strip or 2 or the paper cartons 2 of the strip in a big cardboard box in 5 packs.

Description pharmaceutical form:

Tablet, black in color, oval-shaped sugar coated shell, with a white inscription "Yunikem" on one side.

Pharmacological action:

Papain, fungal diastase and the digestive enzymes of non-animal origin, facilitating the digestion and absorption of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Simethicone exerts a carminative action. Hinders the formation and promotes the destruction of gas bubbles, making it easier to eliminate gas from the intestines, reduces bloating, nausea as well as pain and discomfort caused by flatulence.

Activated charcoal is an adsorbent. Absorbs gases and toxins formed in the digestive disorders.

Nicotinamide (vitamin PP) has a regulating effect on digestion.

Indications:

• Pathological conditions associated with impaired exocrine function of the pancreas: chronic pancreatitis, pancreatectomy, condition after irradiation (in the complex therapy).
  
• Flatulence, including in the postoperative period.
  
• Indigestion caused by unfamiliar food or overeating.
  

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the drug component, acute pancreatitis, exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis.

Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:

During pregnancy and breastfeeding should be used with caution and under the supervision of a physician.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, reddening of the skin.

Method of application and dose:

Inside, after eating, and 1 table. 1-2 times a day.
