The composition and form of issue:

1 suppository or 1 g ointment contains qinhokain hydrochloride 5 mg hydrocortisone 5 mg in blistere 6 PCs., in box 2 blisters, ointment in tubes of 15 grams complete with applikatorom in box 1 set.

100 g ointments contain the qinhokain 500 mg, hydrocortisone 500 mg, framizetina sulfate 1 gram in tubes of 10 g.

1 rectal capsule contains qinhokain hydrochloride 5 mg, framizetina sulfate 5 mg pack of 20

Pharmacological action:

Blocks pain receptors (qinhokain) inhibits formation of PG's and other mediators of inflammation (hydrocortisone), active against several gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (framizetin).

Pharmacokinetics:

Hydrocortisone, a part of the drug is partially absorbed in the rectum. T1/2 about 90 min.

Clinical pharmacology:

The effect is manifested in a few minutes after application. The duration of action depends on the time of presence of the drug at the injection site.

Indications:

Hemorrhoids, itching in the anus.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity.

Side effects:

Burning sensation, dry mucous membranes accession secondary infection effects characteristic of systemic effects of glucocorticoids.

Method of application and dose:

Suppositories and capsules in the morning and evening and after each bowel movement. A number of ointments morning and evening and after each bowel movement applied with the finger at sites localization itching, or pain. For a deeper introduction to wear until the applicator tube and gently push it from the lower end with a gradual stretching.
