The composition and form of issue:

Ointment 1g contains:

flumetazon pivalata 0.2 mg

salicylic acid 30 mg

basis up to 1 year

base components: propylene glycol lanolin anhydrous petrolatum white 

in the box to 15 grams in a cardboard bundle 1 tuba.

Pharmacological action:

Flumetazon inhibits phospholipase A2, reduces synthesis NG, etc. biologically active substances. Salicylic acid loosens cornified epithelium and helps to remove scales.

Clinical pharmacology:

Eliminates or reduces the severity of inflammatory or allergic process in the skin, reduces itching. Reduces the permeability and alters the structure of the tissue and cell membranes, reduces the migration of macrophages and lymphocytes in the inflammation affects all phases of inflammation, blocking the release of sensitised fat cells and bazofilov gistamina and other biologically active substances. Salicylic acid has a keratolytic action facilitates the penetration of glucocorticoid through the Horny epidermis, possesses weak antiseptic properties. Indications:

Skin diseases with hyperkeratosis, are resistant to treatment etc. steroid drugs: eczema lichenizirovannah, limited prurigo with strong lehenetsia, psoriasis, red flat (warty) versicolor.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, pustular, bacterial (including tuberculosis and syphilis), fungal, viral, tumor (including pre) skin disease.

Side effects:

Contact eczema, allergic reactions steroid acne, purpura, telangiectasia, atrophy of skin and subcutaneous tissue, stretch marks, dryness and depigmentation skin dermatitis.

Method of application and dose:

Externally. A thin layer of ointment is rubbed (gently) into the damaged areas of skin 2-3 times a day, after removal of acute inflammation — 1-2 times a day (if necessary, use a bandage, breathable).
