The composition and form of issue:

Ointment 1g contains:

flumetazon pivalata 0.2 mg

kliohinol (ethnoracial) 30 mg

auxiliary substances: wax white, petroleum jelly white 

in the aluminium tubes to 15 grams in a cardboard bundle 1 tuba.

Pharmacological action:

Flumetazon inhibits phospholipase A2, reduces synthesis NG, etc. biologically active substances. Kliohinol (yodhlorgidroxevila) causes the death of microorganisms.

Description pharmacological action:

By flumetazon has a pronounced anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, antipruritic effect. Reduces the permeability and alters the structure of the tissue and cell membranes, reduces the migration of macrophages and lymphocytes, affects all phases of inflammation, blocking the release of sensitised fat cells and bazofilov gistamina and other biologically active substances. Part kliohinol leads to antimicrobial activity (against most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi), and also increases antiexudative effect flumetazon.

Indications:

Impetigo, allergic diseases of the skin (with the accession of secondary infection), treatment-resistant other drugs, cold sores, herpes zoster, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, erythema, erythroderma (especially with the accession of secondary infection).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity (including to individual components), tuberculosis, syphilis and viral infections of the skin tumours and precancerous skin diseases, skin post-vaccination reactions.

Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Valid but should not be applied to large areas of skin.

Side effects:

Contact eczema Allergy symptoms (mostly in people with existing allergic diseases — eczema, ulcers of lower leg, etc.) exacerbated the already existing changes in the ordinary or pink acne papular or erythematous manifestations resistant to any treatment (prolonged use) poststeroid acne, purpura, telangiectasia, atrophy and stretching of the skin, perioral dermatitis, dry mouth, hypopigmentation.

Method of application and dose:

Externally. Ointment applied thinly to the affected skin, at the beginning of treatment — 2-3 times a day, with the emergence of positive dynamics — 1-2 times a day duration of use — no more than 2 weeks. If necessary, use a bandage, breathable. When excessive lichenization and hyperkeratosis only under an occlusive dressing 1 every 24-48 hours, for no more than 1 week.

Without the need you should not use more than 2 g of ointment per day.

Adolescents after 10 years only in exceptional cases, in limited areas of the skin, avoiding the application of the drug on the skin.
