Pharmacological action:
Inhibits phospholipase A2, reduces the synthesis of GHGs and the allocation of macrophage chemotactic factor.
Description pharmacological action:
Has expressed antiinflammatory, and protiwallergicescoe protivozudnoe effect, reduces migration macrophages and lymphocytes in inflammation, stabilizes membranes of lysosomes and prevents the release of lysosomal enzymes, blocking the release of sensitised fat cells and bazofilov gistamina and other biologically active substances. Activity 40 times greater than hydrocortisone.
Indications:
Severe inflammatory and allergic diseases of the skin and mucous membranes (including resistant to treatment with corticosteroids.): atopic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, lichen planus, seborrheic dermatitis.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity acne bacterial (including tuberculosis), fungal, viral and neoplastic skin diseases.
Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Not recommended during pregnancy.
Side effects:
Atrophy of the skin and subcutaneous fat, volchanochnopodobny syndrome with mild, emergence or worsening of symptoms red flat denying, violations epithelization, slow healing of wounds and ulcers, petechiae, steroid purpura, striae, hirsutism, baldness in women, maculopapular skin rash.
Method of application and dose:

Precautions:
