excipients: flavor, orange-red 78300-34 levomenthol propylene glycol dye sunset yellow Ponceau 4R edicol acid Tatarova liquid glucose, liquid sucrose

Description of dosage form:
Strepsils, resorption tablets: red round tablets with a predominant anise smell, with the image of the letter " S " c 2 sides of the tablet.
Strepsils, honey-lemon resorption tablets: yellow round tablets, with the image of the letter " S " C 2 sides of the tablet.
Strepsils, tablets for resorption lemon: yellow round tablets from translucent caramel mass with the image of the letter " S " C 2 sides of the tablet.
Strepsils with menthol and eucalyptus: blue round tablets, with the image of the letter " S " c 2 sides of the tablet.
Strepsils with Vitamin C, tablets for resorption orange: orange round tablets, with the image of the letter " S " C 2 sides of the tablet.
Allowed white plaque, uneven coloring, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass and slight roughness of the edges.
Characteristic:
Combined antimicrobial drug.
Description of pharmacological action:
Active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.
Indications:
Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx (relieves pain and softens irritation in the throat).
Contraindications:
- hypersensitivity to the drug components
- children under 5 years old.
Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Before using the drug, you need to consult a doctor.
Side effect:
Allergic reaction.
Drug interaction:
No clinically significant interactions with other drugs were found.
Dosage and administration:
Inside, adults and children over 5 years — dissolve 1 table. every 2-3 hours (no more than 8 tables. within 24 hours).
Overdose:
Unlikely.
Symptoms: possible discomfort from the gastrointestinal tract.
Treatment: symptomatic therapy.
Precautionary measures:
Do not use the drug in the presence of increased individual sensitivity to any component of the drug, and exceed the specified dose.
Special instruction:
When prescribing patients with diabetes, it should be borne in mind that the tablet contains about 2, 6 g of sugar, with the exception of Strepsils, lemon tablets for resorption.
