Characteristic:

Pharmacological action:
Has a bactericidal action on gram-positive organisms (Staphylococcus aureus, corynebacteria, etc.) and a fungicidal effect on pathogenic fungi, especially yeasts of the genus Candida albicans, and Aspergillus, Cryptococcus, Coccidioides and Histoplasma. Is highly active against

Gel dimethylpolisiloxane has enveloping and antipruritic effect, improves trophic processes in the mucous membrane of the vagina, promotes the penetration of active ingredients into the vaginal folds.
Pharmacokinetics:

Indications:
Non-specific, fungal or mixed vulvovaginitis in girls and virgins.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug or chemically related compounds.

Method of application and doses:

Precautionary measures:
The risk of development of OTO - and nephrotoxicity limited by the short duration of the course, a local application and a low daily dose. Cross-hypersensitivity reactions to aminoglycosides are possible. Caution should be used in patients with renal insufficiency. It should be borne in mind that one of the fillers is potassium sorbate.
Special instruction:
The treatment is suspended at the time of menstruation. When conducting therapy should not use sanitary tampons.
