Description of dosage form:

Soft capsules are light beige, oval shaped, containing oily semi-fluid homogeneous mass. The contents of the capsules may be yellow to brown.

Pharmacokinetics:

Description of the pharmacological action:

Combined antibiotic.

Has a bactericidal effect on gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus, corynebacteria, etc.) and gram-negative (Enterococcus faecium, Enterobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Proteus vulgaris, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Ureaplasma urealyticum) microorganisms. It has a fungicidal effect on pathogenic fungi, especially yeast-like genus Candida albicans, Cryptococcus and Histoplasma. Improves trophic processes in the mucous membrane of the vagina.

Indications:

• treatment of nonspecific, fungal, mixed vaginitis, vulvovaginitis and cervicovaginitis
  
• prevention of infection before surgery in the genital area, intrauterine diagnostic procedures, childbirth, before and after diathermocoagulation of the cervix.
  

Contraindications:

Allergic reaction to any component of the drug.

Application during pregnancy and breast-feeding:

During pregnancy it is not recommended to use without consulting a doctor. If pregnancy is detected during treatment, it is necessary to consult a doctor, because only a doctor can decide whether to continue and stop the treatment.

During breastfeeding, the use of the drug should be avoided.

Side effect:

Allergic reactions to the components of the drug. Long-term use may be a manifestation of systemic side effects aminoglikozidov.

Drug interaction:

It is not recommended in combination with spermicides, because it is possible to reduce the activity of the drug.

Method of application and doses:

Intravaginal, 1 caps. to enter deeply into the vagina at night before bedtime. The course of treatment-12 days. Preventive course-6 days.
