Pharmachologic effect:
Selectively breaks in helminths Activity microtubule system cells of the intestinal canal, disorganize their function, inhibits secretory transport and absorption of nutrients (inhibits glucose utilization). It is an irreversible degeneration of the intestinal canal, and the death of helminth.
Pharmacokinetics:

Testimony:
Enterobiasis, trichocephalosis, ascariasis, hookworm, strongyloidiasis, taeniasis, combined infestations caused by helminths indicated.

Dosage and administration:
Inside, a small amount of water. Adults and children over 10 years enterobioze - 100 mg single dose for children aged 2 to 10 years - 25-50 mg once daily. When echinococcosis in the first 3 days - 500 mg 2 times a day over the next 3 days the dose is increased to 500 mg three times a day in the future to increase the maximum dose (estimated to 25-30 mg / kg / day) and take 3 -4 reception.
Overdose:
Symptoms: abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
Treatment: Gastric lavage with aqueous potassium permanganate (20 mg / 100 ml water), activated charcoal. No specific antidote.
