Composition and form of issue:

1 tablet contains tamoxifen 10, 20 or 40 mg in bottles of 30 and 100 PCs. (table. 10 mg), or in a package of 30 and 100 (table. 40 mg) or 100 (table. 20 mg) PCs.

Indications:

Breast cancer, kidney cancer, melanoma.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, pregnancy.

Side effect:

Hot flashes, vaginal bleeding, swelling, vulva itching, dizziness, headache, thrombocytopenia, depression, thrombophlebitis.

Drug interaction:

Incompatible with drugs containing estrogens use with cytostatics increases the risk of thrombosis.

Dosage and administration:

Inside, 10-20 mg 1-2 times a day for 2-3 years.

Precautionary measures:

It should be borne in mind that Tamoxifen completely stops menstruation in women in the premenopausal period. Patients with bone metastases may develop hypercalcemia in the early stages of treatment. Lactoirute women should stop breast-feeding.
