Composition and form of issue:

Suppositories rectal, 1 supp. contains:

the formula: I 250 mg

bismuth subgallate 100 mg

titanium dioxide 100 mg

lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate 10 mg

auxiliary substances: solid fat 1540 mg 

in a contour acheikova package 5 PCs in a pack 2 packs cardboard.

Ointment 1g contains:

the formula: I 50 mg

bismuth subgallate 50 mg

titanium dioxide 50 mg

lidocaine hydrochloride hydrate 5 mg

excipients: lanolin-50 mg light liquid paraffin-20 mg polycos (PE wax 20% + 80% light liquid paraffin) - 100 mg isopropyl palmitate-90 mg sorbitan sesquioleate-40 mg sorbitol-50 mg purified water-495 mg 

in the aluminium tubes to 20 grams complete with applicator in cardboard pack 1 set.

Pharmacological action:

The formula: I (derived arealuxury acid) anti-inflammatory effect. Bismuth subgallat has astringent and promotes wound healing.

Titanium dioxide has astringent and drying effect, promotes healing of wounds. Lidocaine hydrochloride is a local anesthetic.

Indications:

• hemorrhoids the 1-2 degree
  
• cracks in the anus
  
• acute and chronic anal eczema
  
• inflammatory processes in the rectum (proctitis).
  

Contraindications:

• hypersensitivity to the components of the drug
  
• specific inflammatory processes (syphilis, tuberculosis)
  
• pregnancy
  
• breast feeding
  
• childhood.
  

Application for pregnancy and breastfeeding:

Contraindicated in pregnancy. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.

Side effect:

Hypersensitivity reactions to the components of the drug are possible (burning, itching, redness of the perianal skin, swelling, formation of bubbles, scales, etc.).

Method of application and doses:

Suppositories: rectal, 1 supp. 1-2 times a day, if possible after emptying the intestine.

Ointment

External use: strip ointment 1-2 cm in length with a thin layer applied to the affected area of the anus 2 times a day. Before using the skin should be washed with warm water (without soap) and wipe with a soft cloth.

Rectal application: using the supplied applicator is injected into the rectum 1-2 times a day, if possible after emptying the intestine.

It is recommended that the continued use of the drug after the acute symptoms subside within 8-10 days.

Special instruction:

In the absence of effect, as well as the appearance of unpleasant sensations and other side effects, you should stop using the drug and consult a doctor.

With simultaneous use of the drug and condoms may be a decrease in the strength of condoms, which reduces their reliability.
