Nooholin Rompharm solution for in/in and/m introduction

1 ml contains choline alphosceratus 250 mg, pack of 3 ampoules of 4 ml

Pharmacological action:

Nooholin Rompharm - holinomimetik. Is a precursor of acetylcholine. Has an impact mainly on the cholinergic receptors in the CNS. Glycerophosphate, which is formed by the cleavage of choline alphosceratus, is a precursor of phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine) membrane of the neuron. Facilitates the transmission of nerve impulses in cholinergic neurons, improves the plasticity of neuronal membranes and receptor function.

Indications: 

The acute phase of traumatic brain injury with a predominantly stem the level of the lesion, chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency (discirkulatornaya encephalopathy), dementia syndrome of various origins, including Alzheimer's, ischemic stroke (early and late recovery period), Gettington's chorea, senile psevdomelanjolia.

Contraindications: 

Pregnancy, lactation, hypersensitivity to choline alphosceratus.

Method of application and doses 

In acute conditions - the/m or/in (slowly), 1 g/day for 15-20 days, then move on to oral intake at 0.8 g in the morning and 0.4 g day for 6 months.

Side effects: 

From the digestive system: gastritis (ingestion), gastric ulcer (ingestion), constipation, diarrhea, dry mucous membranes of the mouth (parenteral), pharyngitis.

From the nervous system: headache, drowsiness, insomnia, aggressiveness, anxiety (when administered parenterally), nervousness, cerebral ischemia, convulsions (ingestion), hyperkinesis (when administered), dizziness.

From the skin: rash, urticaria (for parenteral administration).

Other: pain at the injection site (for parenteral administration), and increased frequency of urination.
