The composition and form of issue:

1 tablet contains belladonna extract 0.015 g of analginum benzocaine and 0.25 g of sodium bicarbonate 0.1 g per pack of 10

Pharmacological action:

Inhibits cyclooxygenase (Metamizole), the muscarinic receptors (belladonna alkaloids) and pain sensitivity (benzocaine).

Description pharmacological action:

The action is determined by the effects included in the components. Antispasmodic (reduction in tone of smooth muscle organs, including the gastrointestinal tract) and antisecretory effects (reduced secretion of gastric, pancreatic, bronchial, salivary, sweat glands and the secretion of bile) due to the alkaloids of belladonna extract (hyoscyamine, scopolamine, apoatropin, etc.), analgesic — metamizol and benzocaine, anti-acid is sodium bicarbonate.

Indications:

Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, accompanied by giperatidnosti gastric juice, spasms of smooth muscles, pain.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity (including to individual components), glaucoma, prostate adenoma.

Side effects:

Dry mouth, thirst, constipation, drowsiness, dizziness, mydriasis (dilated pupils).

Method of application and dose:

Inside, before eating, and 1 table. 2-3 times a day. The highest single dose for adults — 3 table. daily — 10 table. Treatment as needed (mandatory recommendation).
