The composition and form of issue
Nesopine nasal spray is colorless or yellowish, transparent or opalescent liquid.

Pharmacological action:
Nesopine - alpha-given tool for local use. Has a vasoconstrictor effect. In intra reduces swelling of mucous membrane upper divisions respiratory tract.
The expression 15 minutes after application and lasts for 8-12 hours
Indications:
Rhinitis allergic and infectious-inflammatory etiology, sinusitis, Eustachian, hay fever. Cure for the common cold.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, atrophic rhinitis, pregnancy, lactation, children age (to 6 years).
With care, chronic heart failure, arrhythmia, pronounced ateroskleroz, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, chronic renal failure, angle-closure glaucoma.
Method of application and doses
Nesopine administered intranasally.
Adults and children over 12 years - on 2-3 injection in each nostril with an interval of 10-12 h.
Children 6 to 12 years - 1 spray into each nostril.
Side effects
Temporary dryness and irritation of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, dry mouth and throat, sneezing, increased blood pressure, increased anxiety, nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, palpitations, sleep disturbances. With long - term use tachyphylaxis, reactive hyperemia mucous membranes and atrophy of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity.
Overdose:
Symptoms: tachycardia, increased blood pressure, depression of the Central nervous system.
Treatment: symptomatic.
Interaction with other drugs
Slows the absorption of local anaesthetic drugs, extends the effect.
Joint appointment other vasoconstrictor drugs increases the risk of side effects.
While the appointment blockers of monoamine oxidase and tricyclic antidepressants - increase blood pressure.
Special instructions:
