Tablets: each tablet contains 13 vitamins and 6 minerals necessary for the health of the mother and child both during pregnancy and during breast-feeding. Includes folic acid, which is actively involved in the formation of the placenta, and contributes to the proper development of the nervous system of the child. Together with vitamin B12 it provides full cell division, which is especially important during the formation and growth of the embryo.
Capsules: each capsule contains 300 mg of DHA, which corresponds to the level of consumption recommended by the experts of the International organization for the study of fatty acids and lipids. 30 mg daily use of DHA during pregnancy contributes to the normal development of the visual system and brain of the child. Method of use: pregnant and lactating women, take 1 tablet (green blister) and 1 capsule (pink blister) per day during or immediately after the main meal without chewing, with a glass of water or any other cold drink.
