Description pharmaceutical form:
Dragees, coated red color (vitamins): round, biconvex tablets, coated red.
Tablets, film-coated blue (minerals): round, biconvex tablets, film-coated blue.
Description pharmacological action:
Combined preparation containing a complex of 11 vitamins and 8 minerals, which are important factors of metabolic processes.
1 red and 1 blue pills contain the vitamins and minerals in quantities that meet the daily needs of the body. For better absorption of vitamin-mineral complex and maintain activity of the main components, vitamins and minerals divided into pills of a different color. The vitamins contained in the pills are red in color, the minerals in pills of blue color.
Vitamin a is involved in the synthesis of various substances (proteins, lipids, mucopolysaccharides) and provides normal skin function, mucous membranes, and the organ of vision.
Vitamin D3 plays an important role in maintaining the balance of calcium and phosphorus in the body. With its lack in the bone decreases the content of calcium (osteoporosis).
Vitamin B1 normalizes heart activity and promotes normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B2 promotes the processes of tissue regeneration, including skin cells.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of the structure and function of bones, teeth, gums has an effect on eritropoez, promotes normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B12 is involved in the erythropoiesis, assists the normal functioning of the nervous system.
B vitamins are involved in the formation of various enzymes that regulate different types of metabolism in the body.
Folic acid stimulates erythropoiesis.
Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant. It prevents increased blood clotting and a beneficial effect on peripheral circulation. Involved in the synthesis of proteins and hemoglobin, in the process of cell growth, functions of skeletal muscle, heart and blood vessels, sex glands.
Vitamin C participates in oxidation of a number of biologically active substances, the regulation of metabolism in the connective tissue, carbohydrate metabolism, blood clotting and tissue regeneration, stimulates the formation of steroid hormones, normalizes capillary permeability. Vitamin C increases the body's resistance to infections, reduces inflammatory reactions.
Calcium is involved in bone formation, blood clotting, nerve impulse transmission, reduce skeletal and smooth muscles, promotes normal functioning of the heart. It also promotes the absorption of iron.
Magnesium is involved in the formation of muscle and bone tissues, and also participates in protein synthesis.

Indications:
As a preventive treatment for conditions involving increased need for vitamins and minerals:
- increased exercise, including during active sports
- pregnancy and lactation
- irregular, inadequate or monotonous nutrition ration.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:
During pregnancy and lactation the drug can be used on prescription.
Side effects:
Allergic reactions, including hypersensitivity reactions with asthmatic component.
Drug interactions:
The drug contains iron and calcium and therefore delays the intestinal absorption of antibiotics from group of tetracycline and antimicrobial agents — fluoroquinolones derivatives.
Vitamin C increases the effects and side effects of antimicrobial agents from the group of sulfonamides (including the appearance of crystals in the urine).
Antacids containing aluminum, magnesium, calcium, and kolestiramin reduce the absorption of iron. Therefore, if necessary joint appointment Duovit and antacid preparations necessary to sustain the interval between meals at least 3 hours in case of simultaneous appointment of diuretics from the group of thiazides increases the likelihood of hypercalcemia. Method of application and dose:
Inside, after Breakfast. Dragees should be swallowed whole, squeezed small amounts of water.

Overdose:
No cases of overdose with the drug in recommended doses is not marked.

Special instructions:
Possible staining of urine in yellow color — completely harmless and is due to the presence in the product of Riboflavin.

The jelly beans I think red and blue contains 331 mg of lactose, 1083 mg of sucrose, 270 mg of glucose, 237 mg of sorbitol, and the drug is not recommended in patients with congenital intolerance to glucose and fructose, syndrome of malabsorption of glucose/galactose and sucrose deficit/isomaltose.
In the product contains glycerol, overdose headache and disorders of the digestive tract (diarrhea, vomiting).
Azo dyes and E124 E110 can cause hypersensitivity reactions with asthmatic component. Hypersensitivity reactions to the drug are possible in patients with hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid.
Drops of red color contain a polyol (mannitol), which in high doses can cause diarrhea.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose in case of accidental ingestion of high doses, you should immediately consult a doctor.
