The composition and form of issue:

Ointment for local and external use 10%. 100 g contains:

methyluracil 10 g

excipients: ointment base (vaseline medical, lanolin water) to 100 g 

in the box to 25 grams in a cardboard bundle 1 tuba.

Suppositories for rectal application. 1 supp. contains:

methyluracil 0.5 g

auxiliary substances: the basis for suppositories is enough quantity to obtain a suppository mass from of 2.19 to 2.41 g 

in a contour acheikova package 5 PCs in a pack 2 packs cardboard.

Description pharmaceutical form:

Ointment from white to yellowish to light yellow in color.

Suppositories white or white with a yellowish or kremovatam white color, torpedo-shaped.

Method of application and dose:

Locally, externally. For the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis bullous, burns, wounds and ulcers topically applied 10% ointment, which is compatible with external applications of sulfonamides, antibiotics, and antiseptic agents. The ointment is applied to affected areas in a thin layer in the amount of 5-20 g daily for 15-30 days. The wax can be used in loose tampons for the treatment of radioepitheliitis and late radiation injuries of the vagina.

Rectal. Adults: 1-2 supp. 1-4 times a day, children aged 3-8 years — 1 / 2 supp. day 8-15 years — 1 supp. a day. The course of treatment — from 7 days to 4 months depending on the nature of the disease.
