The composition and form of issue:

1 ampoule with 10 ml solution for injection contains magnesium sulfate 2.5 or 5 grams in a cardboard box 10 PCs

Pharmacological action:

Inhibits interneuronal contacts, relaxes smooth muscles.

Indications:

Hypertension, eclampsia, convulsions (including status epilepticus), pain relief childbirth, intoxication with salts of heavy metals.

Side effects:

Respiratory depression.

Method of application and dose:

V/m, in/in 5-20 ml of a 25% solution daily for 15-20 days.
