Composition and form of issue:
Suprima-Broncho: 5 ml syrup contains Adhatoda vasica (adatoda vasica) 30 mg, Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice naked) 20 mg, Curcuma longa (turmeric long) 10 mg, Ocimum sanctum (Holy Basil) 10 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger real) 10 mg, Solanum xantocarpum (nightshade yellow) 5 mg, piperum (long pepper) 5 mg, Elettaria Cardamomum (cardamom real) 5 mg, and menthol (2, 5 mg) in a syrup - based caramel flavor — up to 5 ml in dark glass bottles, sealed with a screw-on metal lid with the control of the first opening of 50, 60 or 100 ml, in a cardboard pack of 1 bottle.

Pharmacological action:
Suprima-Broncho has bronchodilator, mucolytic, expectorant and anti-inflammatory effect.
Suprima-LOR has a broad spectrum antimicrobial effect (active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms), antiseptic.
Suprima-Plus has a locally irritating, locally analgesic (distracting) and anti-inflammatory effect.
Indications:
Suprima-Broncho: symptomatic therapy for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by cough (pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, the initial stage of pertussis) chronic respiratory diseases ("bronchitis smokers", "lector" laryngitis).
Suprima-LOR: symptomatic therapy of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx.
Suprima-Plus: symptomatic therapy of inflammatory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract, accompanied by cough, runny nose, a feeling of nasal congestion muscle pain.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity. Suprima-Bronchi-age up to 3 years, Suprima-ENT-age up to 6 years, Suprima-Plus — age up to 2 years, a tendency to bronchospasm and damage to the skin in the area of the intended application of the drug.
Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Suprima-Broncho: use in pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible if the expected effect of therapy exceeds the potential risk to the fetus.
Suprima-Plus: use in pregnant and nursing mothers is possible only on the recommendation of the attending physician.
Side effect:
Suprima-Broncho, Suprima-LOR-possible allergic reactions to the components of the drug, Suprima-Plus-possible skin irritation in the area of application of the drug, bronchospasm.
Dosage and administration:
Suprima-Broncho: inside, children 3-5 years-1/2 tsp (2, 5 ml), 6-14 years — 1/2–1 tsp (2, 5-5 ml), 14 years and adults — 1-2 tsp (5-10 ml) 3 times a day. Course-2-3 weeks.
Suprima-LOR: inside (tablet dissolve in the mouth until completely dissolved), when the first symptoms of inflammation in the mouth and pharynx adults — 1 table. every 2 hours, the maximum daily dose - 8 tables., children over 6 years-1 table. every 4 hours.
Suprima-Plus: externally, to eliminate the symptoms of inflammatory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract (cough, runny nose, a feeling of nasal congestion) — ointment is rubbed into the skin of the chest and back 2-3 times a day, with muscle pain — is applied to the painful area (to improve efficiency, you can apply a warm bandage).
Precautionary measures:
When applying Suprima-LOR in the recommended doses, side-effects, and clinically significant interactions have been identified.
Special instruction:
The use of Suprima-Broncho is possible in combination with antimicrobial agents. Patients with diabetes should take into account that the syrup of Suprima-Bronchi (1, 5 g in 5 ml) and tablets of Suprima-ENT contain sugar.
Avoid contact with Suprima-Plus ointment in the eyes and mucous membranes and application to damaged skin areas.
