Composition and form of issue:
1 tablet contains paracetamol 500 mg, caffeine 30 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg, as well as auxiliary substances (MC, starch, talc, magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycolate, gelatin, polyvinylpyrrolidone, methylparaben, propylparaben) in a contour cell package 10 PCs., in a cardboard pack 1 package.
Pharmacological action:
It has antipyretic and analgesic effect (paracetamol) narrowing blood vessels, eliminates nasal congestion and reduces nasal discharge (phenylephrine) has anti-allergic and anti-edematous effect, reduces vascular permeability, eliminates swelling and hyperemia of the nasal mucosa, suppresses the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, facilitates breathing (chlorpheniramine) stimulates the Central nervous system, reduces fatigue and drowsiness, increases mental and physical performance (caffeine).
Indications:
Colds, accompanied by a runny nose, a feeling of nasal congestion, headache, fever, chills, pain in the joints and muscles.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, simultaneous reception of the preparations containing substances included in the composition of Renicola, tricyclic antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, beta-blockers pregnancy, breast-feeding, age up to 6 years.
Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Contraindicated. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.
Side effect:
When taken in the recommended doses, side effects are rare.
From the nervous system and sensory organs: dizziness, headache, sleep disorders, increased excitability.

Drug interaction:
Enhances the effects of MAO inhibitors, sedatives, ethanol. Antidepressants, antiparkinsonic and antipsychotic agents, including phenothiazine derivatives increase the risk of urinary retention, dry mouth, constipation. Glucocorticoids increase the risk of developing glaucoma. Paracetamol reduces the effectiveness of diuretics. The combination of chlorpheniramine with MAO inhibitors or furazolidone may be accompanied by a hypertensive crisis, excitation, hyperpyrexia. Tricyclic antidepressants increase sympathomimetic effect, halothane increases the risk of ventricular arrhythmia. Reduces gipotenzivne guanetidina, which in turn, increases the alpha activity given fenilafrina.
Dosage and administration:
Inside, adults-1-2 table. every 4-6 hours Maximum daily dose - 8 tables. Children over 6 years-1 table. every 4-6 hours (no more than 4 times a day) for 5 days (no more).
Overdose:
Overdose is usually due to paracetamol.
Symptoms: paleness, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, gepatonekros, increase in liver transaminases, increase in prothrombin time.
Treatment: gastric lavage, the appointment of activated charcoal, symptomatic therapy.
Precautionary measures:
