Composition and form of issue:

1 tablet contains digoxin 0, 125 mg or 0, 25 mg, in bottles of 30 and 100 PCs.

1 ampoule with 1 ml of solution for injection-0, 25 mg in a package of 5 or 25 PCs.

Indications:

Heart failure, paroxysmal supraventricular arrhythmias.

Contraindications:

Absolute: glycoside intoxication

relative: AV blockade of I-II degree, bradycardia, acute myocardial infarction, mitral stenosis, WPW-syndrome, extrasystole, ventricular tachycardia, hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, hypercalcemia, hypothyroidism, pulmonary heart, myocarditis.

Side effect:

Dyspeptic disorders, cardiac tamponade, bradycardia, extrasystole, bigeminia, conduction disorders, visual impairment, weakness.

Dosage and administration:

Inside, 3-4 table. (0, 25 mg) per day for 2-3 days, then-1-2 table. per day.

In/, in several doses-0, 75-1, 25 mg for 24-36 h (to achieve rapid effect) or 0, 5-0, 75 mg per day in 3 doses for 3-5 days (for slow effect) supporting daily dose — 0, 125-0, 25 mg in 1-2 reception.
