Composition and form of issue:

Tablets, 1 tablet contains:

amlodipine 2.5, 5 or 10 mg

(as amlodipine besilate 3, 475, 6, 95 or 13, 9 mg respectively) 

excipients: sodium µc carboxymethyl starch (type A) magnesium stearate silicon dioxide colloidal anhydrous 

blistere in 10 PCs. in cardboard pack 1, 2 or 3 blisters.

Dosage and administration:

Inside, it is always desirable at the same time of the day.

In the treatment of hypertension or angina, the usual initial dose is 5 mg once a day. Depending on the patient's reaction, the initial dose can be increased to 10 mg per day (maximum daily dose).

Dose reduction is not required in the case of simultaneous use with thiazide diuretics, beta-blockers or ACE inhibitors.

Elderly patients and renal insufficiency drug administered in conventional doses (5-10 mg/day).

When violation of the liver dose should be reduced (to 2, 5 mg per day), because T1/2 of the drug in such patients is increasing.
