soybean oil unsaponifiable compounds 200 mg

excipients: butylhydroxytoluene silicon dioxide colloidal

Capsule (type I), with a white cap and opaque white body marked "P300". The contents of capsules, paste brown.

The drug of plant origin that regulates metabolism in the cartilage tissue.

Pharmacokinetics:

Description pharmacological action:

Regulates metabolic processes in cartilaginous tissue. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect on the joints. Helps to slow down the degenerative process in the cartilage of joints, reduces pain associated with this process, and restores motor function. In experimental studies, it was shown that the drug has a regenerative effect on cartilage by stimulating the synthesis of collagen in articular chondrocytes.

Unsaponifiable compounds of soya beans oil and avocado oil:

• increase the production of collagen and inhibit the stimulatory effect of IL-1 on the synthesis of collagenase
  
• increase the production of inhibitor activator plasminogen, thereby, reducing cartilage damage, as indirectly via stimulation of metalloproteinases, and by direct effects on cartilage, activating the degradation of proteoglycans, prevents the destruction of cartilage
  
• increase effect of transforming growth factor &beta1 (TGF) in chondrocytes, which has an anabolic effect
  
• regulate the synthesis of macromolecules of the intercellular substance of articular cartilage, are stimulator of the synthesis of the macromolecules of hyaline cartilage and periodontal tissue, preventing the loss of teeth.
  

Indications:

• complex therapy of osteoarthritis of the knee and hip joints stage I–III
  
• adjuvant therapy of periodontitis.
  

Contraindications:

• hypersensitivity to the drug
  
• pregnancy
  
• lactation
  
• the age of 18.
  

Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Contraindicated in pregnancy. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Drug interactions:

Interaction with other drugs is not observed.

Method of application and dose:

Inside, and 1 caps. per day, preferably in the morning while eating, drinking 250 ml of water. The course of treatment is 6 months. The increase in duration and carrying out repeated courses of treatment may, after consultation with the doctor.

Overdose:

Currently, the cases of drug overdose were reported.
