Description pharmaceutical form:
Round biconvex tablets of light brown color with patches of lighter or darker colors.
Pharmacological action:
Has no effect on the pH of urine.
Indications:
Urolithiasis, crystalluria, urinary tract infection, gout (in the complex therapy), the stones of the ducts of the salivary glands.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Side effects:
Allergic reactions are possible.
Method of application and dose:
Inside, after eating.
Urolithiasis: 2 table. 2-3 times a day for 4-6 months or before the release of the stones. To prevent recurrence after surgical removal or release of stones — 2 table. 3 times a day for a month, then 1 table. 2 times a day for 4-5 months.
Urinary tract infection: 2 table. 2-3 times a day for 6-12 weeks.
In the case of persistent urinary tract infections Zistan is assigned together with the relevant urological antibiotics.
Special instructions:
Since the action of the drug develops gradually, you should not use (or discontinue use) for acute pain in the region of the urinary tract.
