Indications:

• Primary hypercholesterolemia (type IIa according to Fredrickson, including family heterozygous hypercholesterolemia) hypercholesterolemia or mixed (type IIb to Fredrikson) as an adjunct to diet when diet and other non-pharmacological treatments (e.g. exercise, weight reduction) are inadequate. The homozygous form of familial hypercholesterolemia as an adjunct to diet other Lipetskaya therapy (eg, LDL apheresis) or if such therapy is not effective enough 
  
• Hypertriglyceridemia (type IV according to Fredrickson) as a Supplement to the diet
  
• For slowing the progression of atherosclerosis as an adjunct to diet
