Pharmacological action

Ultra-adsorb has enterosorbiruyuschee, detoxification and anti-diarrhea action. Belongs to the group of polyvalent physico-chemical antidotes. Has a high surface activity. Adsorbs poisons and toxins from the digestive tract prior to their absorption, including alkaloids, glycosides, barbiturates and sleeping pills and others drugs, salts of heavy metals, toxins of bacterial, plant and animal origin, derivatives of phenol, hydrocyanic acid, sulfonamides, Gaza. The drug also absorbs some of the excess products of metabolism - bilirubin, urea, cholesterol, and endogenous metabolites, touchstone for the development of endogenous toxemia. Weakly adsorb acid and alkali (including iron salts, cyanides, Malathion, ethylene glycol). Does not irritate mucous membranes.

Contraindications

Method of application and doses

Inside for 1-2 hours before or after eating and taking other drugs, drinking a small amount of water. Do not use for zapivaniya other drinks (coffee, tea, juices, etc.), because they reduce the effect of the drug. Adults - 2 to 6 capsules 3 or 4 times a day. Children over 3 years - from 1 to 3 capsules 2 times a day. 

In acute poisoning treatment starts with gastric lavage using a suspension of activated carbon. Then give the inside of 20-30 g activated charcoal. The capsules are Ultra-Adsorba Possible 2-3 hours after recovery of spontaneous swallowing. Treatment: in acute poisoning-3-5 days, Allergy and chronic diseases up to 14 days. Second course - 2 weeks on the advice of a doctor. 

Flatulence assign inside of 1-2 g (5 to 10 capsules) of the drug 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-7 days.

Drug interactions
