Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - anti-hypoxic.

Testimony

Viral hepatitis, asphyxia (including infants), pneumonia, asthmatic conditions, ischemic heart disease, senile degeneration of the retina, intoxication.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Side effects

Chills, pyrexia (with the rapid introduction into a vein).

Dosing and Administration

V / m or / in (drip); / m to 4.8 ml 1-2 times a day 10-14 days; heart diseases / drip at a rate of 30-40 drops / minute for 6-8 hours (daily dose of 12-32 ml) (4.8 ml of preparation were dissolved in 200 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution or 5% glucose solution); postoperative / in 2 mL of 4 times a day; newborn asphyxia in the umbilical vein in the first 2 minutes after birth at a dose of 4 ml; bronchial asthma / m 2 mL 2-4 times per day 14-25 days.
