The composition and form of issue:

30 ml of triamcinolone aerosol contains 0.4 g and tetracycline hydrochloride 0.01 g in vials with a spray of 30 ml.

Indications:

Allergic dermatoses (atopic dermatitis, eczema, urticaria), complicated by secondary bacterial infection, infectious skin diseases, impetigo, furunculosis, folliculitis, hidradenitis, erysipelas, etc.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, viral, fungal and tubercular skin lesions, tumours and precancerous conditions of the skin, glaucoma, vaccination period, violation of the integrity of the skin at the site of application of the drug, age up to 3 years.

Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Contraindicated in pregnancy (I trimester), in II-III trimester possible, if the expected effect therapy outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.

Breastfeeding — with caution.

Side effects:

Itching, skin irritation, purpura, photosensitivity rare (with prolonged use) — acne, poststeroid vascular purpura, inhibition of epidermal growth, skin dryness, increased hair growth, pigmentation, skin atrophy, teleangiectasia.

Method of application and dose:

Skin, sprayed within 1-3 2-4 times a day (keep the bottle vertically at a distance of about 15-20 cm from the affected area). The course is not more than 4 weeks.

Precautions:

Be used with caution in children older than 3 years old, people with existing atrophic changes of the skin, especially in the elderly, on the face. Areas of the skin, which bear drug, must be protected from direct sunlight.

Special instructions:

You must protect your eyes when spraying aerosol avoid inhalation of the powdered drug. If accidentally splashed into eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.

The aerosol is particularly effective in acute inflammatory processes with exudation, severe skin lesions, and in cases of intolerance to components of ointment.

Storage conditions:

The bottle cannot be heated and open near an open flame.
