As symptomatic treatment in complex therapy:

The typical symptoms to the use of the individual components:

Barium carbonicum (Barium carbonicum) C6 — enlargement and inflammation of the tonsils with a tendency to suppuration, frequent exacerbations. Seal of the tonsils. The presence of adenoids and polyps. During exacerbation: fever, a sharp and burning pain in the throat when swallowing, in the morning, the accumulation of viscous mucus in the throat. Submandibular and parotid enlarged and condensed. Susceptibility to colds with the rise in body temperature. A dry cough, worse at night. Rhinitis with serous or purulent discharge, formation of crusts in the posterior nasal apertures.

Hepar sulphuris (Hepar sulphur) C6 — Chronic enlarged tonsils with purulent exacerbation of colds. Stabbing pain in the throat when swallowing. Often dry or sore throat to prevent talking. Purulent plugs in lacunae of tonsils. The increase and compaction of the cervical glands. Method of application and doses

If not assigned otherwise, take the inside outside meals by 5 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoon of water 3 times a day.
