Contains a patented Lignan formula extracted from European spruce knots (Picea Abies) containing essential oil, tannins, phytoncides, ascorbic acid and the maximum amount of Lignan. This combination has a beneficial effect on the course of menopause, having a positive effect on the overall state of the female body during the period of reduced functions of the sexual system.

Scientists have found that 7-HMR (7-hydroxymate-irezinol) is a new class of lignans with bioavailable phytoestrogens that have the properties of natural hormones. As precursors of estrogens (enterolactone), lignans are converted into the active form of estradiol under the influence of the intestinal microflora.

7-HMR promotes:

• reducing the frequency and severity of " tides",
• reducing irritability and mood swings,
• reducing the frequency of headache,
• reducing the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases,

As a result of foreign studies, it was found that the use of Lignan 7-HMR in dietary programs helps protect hormone-dependent cells from growth-stimulating effects, thereby reducing the risk of developing tumors in the breast and endometrial tissues of the uterus.

Lignans help regulate plasma cholesterol by increasing high-density lipoproteins (HDL) and reducing low-density lipoproteins (LDL). This explains its preventive effect in relation to the development of atherosclerosis. This scientific statement was published in 2007 in the Journal of Cardiovascular Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Dec. 12 (4).

It should also be noted that 7-HMR strengthens the structure of cells, increasing their resistance to oxidation by free radicals, slowing down aging.

Recommendations for use

Adults are recommended to take 1 capsule / day after Breakfast, with sufficient water (150-200 ml).
