The composition and form of issue:

1 tablet contains pirenzepina hydrochloride 25 or 50 mg in blister packing 10 PCs., in box 5 blisters.

1 IU 2 ml injection solution of 10 mg, in a contour acheikova package 5 ampoules.

Method of application and dose:

Inside for 0.5 h before meals, with a small amount of liquid, 50-150 mg/day in divided doses. At the beginning of treatment recommended dose is 50 mg morning and evening for 2 to 3 days (the 3rd dose can be assigned in the afternoon). The course of treatment is 4-6 weeks.

For the prevention and treatment of stress ulcer recommended dose of 10 mg 3 times a day at intervals of 8 h. the syndrome of zollingerellison the dose can be increased at least 2 times, in severe cases — up to 20 mg 3 times a day.

For in/infusion solution for injection can be mixed with isotonic sodium chloride solution, ringer solution, 5% solution of fructose or glucose during visual inspection (absence of turbidity, sedimentation or color change of the solution). Cooked recovery solution can be used for 12 hours at room temperature.
