The composition and form of issue:

1 nebula (plastic ampoule) contains salbutamol (as sulphate) 2.5 mg in 2.5 ml saline solution for inhalation in laying 10 nebul, in box 1, 2, 3, 5, or 6 pilings.

Method of application and dose:

Ventolin of the Nebula must be used under the supervision of experts using inhaler (nebulizer) and mask, T-shaped or endotracheal tube. Sometimes used artificial ventilation with alternating positive pressure. Designed for use undiluted, but if necessary, prolonged use of the solution (10 min) the drug can be diluted with sterile saline solution. The mortar remaining unused in the chamber of the nebulizer should be discarded.

Inhalation. Adults and children initial dose is 2.5 mg but can be increased to 5 mg Inhalations can be repeated 4 times a day. For the treatment of severe upper airway obstruction for adults, the dose can be increased to 40 mg/day under strict medical supervision in hospital. Clinical efficacy in children under 18 months are not installed.
