the drug is produced by the technology of obtaining decoction from a mixture of vegetable raw materials with water and wine vinegar 

in bottles of dark glass or dark polyethylene terephthalate 100 ml in a pack of cardboard 1 bottle.

Method of application and doses:

Locally.

Treatment is carried out by a dentist and begins with the removal of supragingival calculus. At the same time, measures are taken to ventilate the gingival pockets with a spray or a stream of warm water.

Then maraslavin installation is carried out by means of loose cotton swabs in alveolar and bone pockets with a probe. To do this, pour into a glass jar 20-25 ml Maraslavin, which abundantly wetted cotton swabs (the size depends on the width of the alveolar bone or pocket). Tampons are left in the pockets of 5-6 minutes, but this time put the tampons on the other side of the teeth or in the pockets of the adjacent teeth. This procedure is repeated 5-6 times in one session (sequentially in each pocket). Every time you change the tampon, it penetrates easier and deeper into the alveolar pocket.

The last tampons are left loosely in the pockets, the patient is released until the next day with the recommendation to remove the tampons in the event of an increase in temperature (due to purulent exudation) or other health disorders and consult a dentist.

At the second treatment session, remove the swabs that remain after the first visit and remove subgingival Tartar. Consistently put some tampons in each pocket as well as at the first session. Recent tampons also leave on opportunities on 24 h.

Treatment is carried out at intervals for 3 months. Should be held from 17 to 20 sessions of treatment by the above method, depending on the degree of disease and condition of the patient. It is necessary that the first 5-6 sessions are held at intervals of 24 hours.

The next courses of treatment are prescribed by the dentist.

After 5-6 months after the end of treatment, a control examination of the patient is carried out. Regardless of the condition of the gums, 1-2 procedures (if necessary, more) of maraslavin treatment of the same places on the alveoli in order to eliminate possible microbial pathogens of the process. The final examination is carried out 12 months after the start of treatment.
