The composition and form of issue: 

Solution for injection. 1 ampoule contains:

clindamycin phosphate 300 mg

excipients: benzyl alcohol disodium edetate water for injections 

in ampoules of 2 ml pack contour 5 PCs in a carton 2 packing.

Capsules. 1 capsule contains:

clindamycin hydrochloride 150 mg

excipients: maize starch lactose monohydrate talc magnesium stearate 

the blister 16 PCs in a box 1 blister.

Pharmacological action:

Blocks 50S ribosomal membrane subunit and disrupts protein synthesis of microorganisms.

Indications:

Infections of the respiratory tract, skin, bones and soft tissues, oral cavity, bones, pelvic organs, peritonitis.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, severe disorders of liver and kidney function, pregnancy.

Side effect:

Dyspeptic phenomena, esophagitis, jaundice, impaired liver and kidney function, hypotension, thrombophlebitis, pseudomembranous colitis, neutropenia, eosinophilia, thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions locally: irritation, pain, infiltrates and abscesses.

Drug interaction:

Incompatible (in solution) with ampicillin, b vitamins, barbiturates, aminophylline, calcium gluconate, magnesium sulfate, erythromycin. Enhances the effect of muscle relaxants.

Method of application and doses:

V/m, in/in, inside.The recommended dose for adults with on/in and on / m introduction — 300 mg 2 times a day. In severe infections-up to 1, 2-2, 7 g/day in 3-4 admission. It recommended the appointment of I/m single dose exceeding 600 mg Maximum single dose for the on/in the introduction — 1, 2 g for 1 h. Children older than 1 month 10-40 mg/kg/day in the 3-4.
