The composition and form of issue: 

Capsules, 1 capsule contains:

azithromycin dihydrate (in terms of azithromycin) 250 mg

Tablets, film-coated. 1 tablet contains:

azithromycin dihydrate (in terms of azithromycin) 500 mg

excipients: lactulose (300 or 600 mg respectively) calcium phosphate dihydrate starch corn hypromellose sodium lauryl sulfate croscarmellose sodium magnesium stearate MCC 

excipients of the shell: hypromellose titanium dioxide macrogol 4000 talc dye tropaeolin- 

in packages the contour or in vials or plastic polymer 3 (500 mg) or 6 pieces (250 mg) in the paper cartons 1 package or vial.

Method of application and doses:

Inside, not liquid, 1 time a day, regardless of meals.

Adults (including older persons) and children over 12 years weighing more than 45 kg

With infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract, ENT organs, skin and soft tissues — 0, 5 g/day for 3 days (course dose — 1, 5 g).

At eels of ordinary average severity-on 0, 5 g/day within 3 days, then — on 0, 5 g 1 time a week within 9 weeks. The first weekly pill should be taken 7 days after taking the first daily pill (the 8th day from the start of treatment), the next 8 weekly tablets-at intervals of 7 days. Course dose-6, 0 g.

When migrating erythema: on the 1st day-1, 0 g, then from the 2nd to the 5th day-0, 5 g 1 once a day for 5 days. Course dose-3, 0 g.

Infections of the genitourinary tract caused by Chlamydia trachomatis (urethritis, cervicitis) — 1, 0 g once.

Appointment to patients with impaired renal function

For patients with moderate renal impairment (Cl creatinine >40 ml/min) dose adjustment is not necessary.
