• inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system: arthritis (rheumatoid, psoriatic, gouty), scapulohumeral periarthritis, acidothermus spondylitis (Bechterew's disease), osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis with radicular syndrome, sciatica, tendonitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis, lumbago, sciatica
  
• muscle pain (myalgia) of non-rheumatic origin
