Nasal spray 1L active ingredients:

mountain pine oil 35 g

mint oil 10 g

eucalyptus oil 5 g

alpha-tocopherol acetate 15 g

thymol 0.3 g

excipients: triglycerides with an average chain length — up to 1 l

in bottles of dark glass with a dispenser of 10 ml in a pack of cardboard 1 bottle.

Description of the dosage form:

Transparent colorless or slightly yellowish oily liquid with a specific odor.

Characteristic:

An anticongestive agent of plant origin.

Pharmacological action:

It has an anti-inflammatory, decongestant effect, reduces the viscosity of the secretion of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract. It exhibits antibacterial activity against some strains of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (S. pyogenes, S.aureus, S. epidermidis, M. luteus, B. cereus, E. coli), as well as an antifungal effect against yeast and mold fungi (Candida ablicans, Aspergillus niger).

Indications:

• acute and chronic rhinitis of non-allergic etiology
• rhinopharyngitis
• infectious and inflammatory diseases of the nasal mucosa and nasopharynx.

Contraindications:

• hypersensitivity to the components of the drug
• allergic rhinitis
• children's age (up to 3 years).

Side effect:

In rare cases, allergic reactions, slight burning, itching, swelling of the nasal mucosa are possible.

Method of administration and dosage:

Intranasally.

The drug is injected 1 dose into each nasal passage 3-6 times a day, depending on the severity of the inflammatory process. To do this, remove the safety cap of the dispenser pump, inject the drug with a light pressure of the fingers and close the dispenser pump with a safety cap.

Before using the drug, after removing the protective cap of the dispenser pump, two test presses should be performed.

The course of treatment is 10 days. An increase in the duration and repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.

Overdose:

To date, the phenomenon of overdose has not been observed.

Special instructions:

Before starting treatment with Pinosol, it is necessary to check the patient's individual reaction to the drug after a single injection into the nose.

In case of allergic reactions, the use of the drug should be discontinued.

After use, always close the dispenser pump with a cap.
